THIS IS DC SOCCER NJ.
Welsh football roots. North Jersey community. A simple mission: develop players, build confidence and inspire a lasting love of the game.
ROOTED IN
THE GAME.
DC Soccer NJ was founded by Welsh-born coach Darron Collins to bring a purposeful, positive player-development environment to communities across North Jersey.
Darron started playing at age seven in Wales, progressed through the Welsh football system and spent time at Swansea City Football Club. He later earned his UEFA B License and brought his coaching experience to New Jersey.
Our philosophy combines technical excellence, game intelligence and a belief that children learn best when they're having fun, trying new things and growing in confidence.

COMPETE. SUCCEED.
Player First
We create the right environment to help children feel confident, supported and excited to learn.
Learn Through Play
Players experiment, make mistakes, solve problems and discover answers through realistic activities.
Think the Game
Beyond technique, we develop decision-making and understanding of when, where and why.
A Community of Growth
Every player, family and coach deserves a positive place to grow together.
A PROGRAM THAT
PUTS PLAYERS FIRST.
