DCSNJ Player Development Pathway

Ages 5–15

Take your game to the next level with DDCSNJ Player Development Pathway! Our program combines technical training with a fun, supportive environment designed to help players build confidence, master skills, and understand the game.

Players follow a progressive curriculum tailored to their age, focusing on Ball Mastery, 1v1 skills, Passing, Shooting, and more. Each session includes:

1. Technical Foundations – Learn the correct technique in a pressure-free environment.

2. Challenged Practice – Apply skills in 1v1, 2v2, and possession-based drills to improve decision-making.

3. Game Play – Put it all together in scrimmages, building tactical awareness and confidence on the field.

Whether your child is just starting out or preparing for advanced play, The Prodigy Pathway gives every player the tools and guidance to grow, excel, and love the game.

Stage 1 – DC Discovery (Ages 5–6)

Where passion begins.
The first step on the journey! Our Discovery program is designed to spark a love for soccer while building coordination, balance, and confidence. Through fun games and exciting activities, young players learn their first touches on the ball in a positive, encouraging environment.

Stage 2 – DC Development (Ages 7–10)

Building skills for the future.
At this stage, players start developing strong technical skills and learning how to play as part of a team. Small-sided games give them plenty of touches on the ball, boosting confidence and creativity. This is where players build the foundation for long-term success.

Stage 3 – DC Performance (Ages 11–15)

Rising to the challenge.
Performance training takes development to the next level. Players are introduced to advanced tactics, positional play, and physical preparation, all while training in a competitive environment. The focus is on discipline, resilience, and pushing players to reach their full potential.
